General
In the interests of health and safety and out of consideration for other patients, it is essential that children are encouraged to behave. All young children must be accompanied by an adult to the toilet.
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when attending for consultation with either the doctor or nurse.
Patients who repeatedly fail to attend for appointments, or are abusive, threatening, bullying or use foul language to our staff, doctors or in front of other patients, may be removed from our list.
Private Certification - BMA recommended fees are charged for non-NHS work i.e. private sick notes, insurance forms and reports, medical examinations, passport/car identity forms, BUPA forms etc.
Should you require forms of any kind completing leave them with our receptionist with your phone number. Usually the Dr's are able to complete these without you – but they will phone you if they need more information, this frees up consultation time for those who are ill.
Any such work is not NHS work and NHS consultation time should not be used.
Private Healthcare - If you have private health cover let your GP know when referring you if you prefer to be referred privately.
