Results and other Enquiries - Staff are not allowed to give out results to patients unless instructed by the doctor. However, you should phone to find out whether your results are back and whether you need treatment or to see the doctor.
Cervical Smears - We advise all patients who are invited for a cancer smear to attend for this test. Early detection can mean simple and effective treatment. All patients attending for this test should receive a letter from the Health Authority advising them of their results.
Please phone after 11:00 am for the results and other enquiries – staff will be very busy answering phone calls for visits before this time and these must take priority.

Emergency Contraception is available with the Doctors, Practice Nurse, Coventry Walk In Centre and at many of the Pharmacies.
Our patients can see any of the Doctors regardless of which Doctor they are registered with.
Policies
Smoking - We actively follow a policy of advising all smokers to stop smoking. We can offer referral to the Coventry Smoking Cessation Service and leaflets are also available from reception.
Applying to Register - If you wish to register here please collect and complete an application form.
Our practice area covers parts of Binley, Wyken, Walsgrave, Aldermans Green and all of Woodway Park and Potters Green. Patients outside of our area may be refused.
Disabled Visitors - Access to the surgery and to the consulting rooms is single level, there are no steps. Our patient toilet is equipped for wheelchair drivers. We have a high reception counter but our staff are happy to deal with your requests at the reception office door if you are a wheelchair user. For any assistance we may be able to offer – please do ask.
Hearing Aid Users- There is a hearing loop at reception - please swithch your aid to the T position.
